Setting realistic goals is important. It helps you stay focused on what it is you want to achieve. Everyone will have different goals – you might want to put weight on, or stay at the weight you are now as you get older, or you may want to lose a little, or a lot, of weight. 

Maybe you’re more interested in having more energy, or having your clothes feel comfortable instead of tight.  Or maybe you just want to be healthier. Whatever your goals, this goal setting form will help you.

You can download and print off this goal setting form so that you can carry it around with you or leave it on the fridge.  Or, if you are registered on this site you can record your goals and come back to update them online as often as you like.
